There is no exercise routine specified by the GM Diet!

What you Should De Before Starting the GM Diet
  • Make a shopping list!

You will need to buy a lot of fresh produce in order to eat enough volume to keep from getting hungry. If you run out of the right foods, you might be too tempted to slip and eat the wrong things if you don't have enough of the approved foods at hand.

  • Remove temptation foods

Again, this is to help prevent you from slipping into the temptation of eating the wrong stuff during this 7-day diet. So go through your kitchen cupboards and fridge to remove any foods that you have a hard time resisting!

  • Eat your Favorite Foods

This is so that you won't feel too deprived the first couple of days of the diet. To me, the first 2 days feel the most restrictive, but it just isn't that bad when you've had a day or 2 of eating whatever you like. now I'm not suggesting for you to totally binge and gorge but do indulge in some of your most favorite foods. Then make sure you avoid having them in your path when you go on the GM Diet.

The trick of the GM diet is to not go hungry but to fill yourself with so much food that you don’t go hungry at all.

GM Diet – Day One:

The first day is an all fruit day. Eat as much fruit as you like or want. Yup! Have as much as you possibly can - BUT NO BANANAS!

You are also to drink 8-12 glasses of purified water throughout the day.

The best suggestion is to start the morning with apples. Later, stick with eating a lot of melon.

As soon as you feel hungry, eat some more fruit. Stuff your face with apples, tangerines, papaya, watermelon, cantaloupe, peaches, pears, blueberries, strawberries, etc... Just stay away from dried fruit avocado and bananas You should not experience hunger.

Best Expert Tip: stick with eating mostly melons. When you do, eat the melon onit's own and not with other fruit. It will digest much easier this way. Wait at least an hour before eating a different fruit like an apple, orange or pineapple.

GM Diet – Day Two:

On the second day, you will switch to eating just vegetables for the entire day.

You have the option to eat them raw and/or cooked. Just make sure that if you are cooking your veggies, stick to steaming them. Do not use any butter or oil while cooking the vegetables.

There is no limit on the type or amount of vegetables you can eat - but do include a lot of greens and try not to eat just the high starch veggies like potatoes and corn! And again, drink 8-12 glasses of water throughout the day

You might want to start the day with baked or boiled potatoes. Sweet potato is another good choice.

If you do this right, you should NOT experience any hunger for the rest of the day. Keep downing the veggies! Have some raw cucumber, leafy greens, carrots, steamed broccoli, cauliflower and some of the special GM Veggie Soup.

Do note that by the evening the fiber from eating all of those vegetables can have you running to the toilet again and again. But this is actually okay since your system will be cleaning out toxins.

GM Diet – Day Three:

With day three you get to combine things and eat both a fruit and vegetables. Again - any quantity of these 2 food groups is allowed.

However - you are NOT to eat any potatoes on this day and still no bananas.

Continue with the water – 8-10 glasses of H2O throughout the day. You may also eat the cabbage and onion soup.

By day three, your body should be used to getting fed the constant supply of wholesome food. Except for maybe the toilet situation, you should be fairly happy with eating this diet and what it is doing for your well being.

At this stage, your system is queued up to start burning off the excess fat from your body.

GM Diet – Day Four:

Now on this fourth day, the diet might seem a little bit weird because you are to only eat bananas!

Yup - nothing else... Just bananas and 3 glasses of milk.

Kind of crazy, right?

But it is true.

You are supposed to eat as many as 8-10 bananas and you are allowed to have the GM Soup as well.

The reason for loading up on the bananas is to replace the missing potassium that your body would have lost during the previous three days.

GM Diet – Day Five:

Things are going to be much better on day five for anyone craving some protein.

On this joyfulday you get to feast on some meat. You will ideally eat beef (sub with chicken or fish if you do not eat red meat) and tomatoes.

Your meat can be grilled, baked or even fried. Mmm Mmm Mmm!!!

Eat two 8-10 oz. portions of lean beef. Even ground hamburger meat is fine for you to have as long as you omit the burger toppings and bun!

Again... this is not a day to eat a fully decked out burger. But you CAN have a 100% ground meat patty or buy some lean ground beef and make your own. Fry it or grill it and top it off with some slices of tomato. That's it!

Along with eating your meat, you must have three medium or large sized tomatoes with each serving. In between your meat meals, you may also have the GM Soup as a snack or for dinner.

Note that you must increase your water intake on this day to 15 glasses throughout this day. It's important to do this to dilute the amount of uric acid in your system on this high protein day.

GM Diet – Day Six:

This will be another feast day for you on the GM Diet. In fact, it is even better than day 5 because you can now have beef and any vegetables - not just tomato.

Go ahead and consume n unlimited amount of beef and vegetables. Eat to yourhearts content. The water intake needs to range from 10-15 glasses throughout this day.

GM Diet – Day Seven:

Finally, you have reached the last day of the GM Diet.

On this final day, you are to eat brown rice, pure fruit juice and all the vegetables you care to consume.

Day seven is going to help you do a final flush - so to speak! You will eat all the vegetables we can possibly jam into your body and then flush out everything with 100% pure fruit juice.

By this day, you should be totally glowing with improved health from all the micronutrients you've been feeding your body.

Your digestion should be improved as well, after all the superb cleansing it was put through. Plus you should be looking less pudgy and noticeably thinned down.

The GM Diet's Wonder Soup

The following soup is intended as a supplement to your diet. It can be eaten any time of the day in virtually unlimited quantities.

You are encouraged to consume large quantities of this soup.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Water
  • 6 Large Onions
  • 2 Green Peppers
  • 16 oz Tomatoes (fresh or canned)
  • 1 Head Cabbage
  • 1 Bunch Celery
  • Pinch of Salt, Pepper & Herbs as desired.

Beverages you may consume while on the program :

  • Water (flavored with fresh squeezed lemon or lime if desired)
  • Club Soda and Natural Mineral water are okay
  • Black Coffee - that mean No cream, milk or cream substitute. No sugar or sweeteners
  • Black Tea - No sweetener or milk. Must be completely plain
  • Herbal Tea - No sweetener or milk. Must be completely plain

Absolutely nothing else to drink except on Day 7 when you are to include natural 100% pure fruit juices. Do not have any fruit juices before day seven.
